Ordering

Once your order has been placed, NO changes can be made to the shipping address or products ordered. Please double check sizes and addresses before checking out your order.

All stock is subject to availability and Pineapple reserves the right to refuse or restrict any order.

Christmas Delivery & Returns

We advise to order early, to make sure you receive your order in time for Christmas. Our estimated latest date to place an order for Christmas arrival is Thursday 19th December

Please noteLatest posting dates are correct at the time of publishing and are subject to change. It’s always advisable to post as early as possible to ensure that your Christmas letters and parcels reach their destination in good time

The returns window has been extended for the Christmas Period. Any orders bought from the 18th November to the 20th December 2024 can be returned up until the 31st January 2025.

Order Dispatch

Orders placed before 1.30pm Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays, will usually be posted on the same day but some orders may take longer to be despatched. We know from customer feedback that when you order online you want the item as quickly as possible. For that reason, we despatch all of our orders promptly. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of the order being placed, however there can sometimes be unavoidable delays.

Please note that during busier times, although all efforts are put in to facilitate a quick service, orders can take a few days longer than our usual delivery schedule. If there are any delays in despatching the order within 5 working days we will contact you by email to inform you.

Digital gift cards will be emailed to the recipient email address entered. (You can enter your own email address and print the voucher to give in person).

UK Delivery

We use Royal Mail for our deliveries within the UK. You will receive a parcel tracking code from us, which will enable you to track your order; please enter your correct email address when you place your order. Our standard delivery price per order is £3.95 for most items. The warehouse does not currently deliver to the BT36 4PE postcode.

The majority of UK orders will be delivered in approximately 3-4 working days from the day of order. If you have not received your order within 10 working days then please contact us and we will track it with Royal Mail. Please note Royal Mail will not deliver or collect on bank and public holidays.

Delivery costs for some large orders may be higher than the standard cost. We reserve the right to contact you if we need to charge you a higher amount. You may cancel your order if the new delivery costs are not agreeable.

  

International delivery

If you would like international shipping, the Pineapple range is available for delivery to most countries via NEXT online in many languages. CLICK HERE to select your country for delivery from NEXT online.

Returns & Exchange

Please note - it can take up to 10 days to process your return once received at our warehouse. You will receive an email once refund is processed.

We do not offer exchanges on items purchased online, however, we offer Free UK returns if you would like to return an item from your order. If you are unsure of which size, colour, or style to order, we suggest that you buy several sizes/colours and return any unwanted items back to us for a refund within 30 days of your purchase. Delivery fee is not included in the refund. Socks are non-returnable unless unopened and swimwear without hygiene strips are also non-returnable of hygiene reasons. Pineapple Fashion Gift Cards cannot be refunded.
