Yes! The Pineapple LIVE App is available on the Apple App store & Android Play Store. Click the icons below to download the LIVE App for FREE for your device.
You will receive an emailed Zoom link 1 hour before the start of the class. If you book the class less than 1 hour of the class, you will receive the link to your class within 15 minutes of booking.
Classes are around £6-£8 inclusive of our membership fee. The prices will very from class to class.
No, it's totally up to you. Most teachers encourage students to have their camera on so they can check to see if they are doing ok during class and because it encourages that communal “in the studio together” feel.
However, if you feel shy you can just wait till you familiarise yourself with the class and the teacher and I’m sure you’ll gain the confidence to turn your camera on.
Classes can be cancelled easily by going to your schedule in your Pineapple account on the app or website. You will receive a full credit (which can be seen under “passes“ in your account) as long as you cancel any classes more than two hours before the start time.
Yes, dance classes are streamed via Zoom. Please note that the teacher won't be able to help with personal technical issues. For technical support, please email live@pineapple.uk.com.

All online classes are streamed via Zoom so please download Zoom before your class.
Classes are available to book a livestream dance session up to 14 days in advance. You can book a class up to 5 minutes before the class starts, however this is sometimes not enough time for the transaction to process and a link to be sent to you. It is advisable to book at least 20min before.
