WHAT TO BRING
- Footwear: No need to own tap shoes to take part, simply bring some hard soled shoes or trainers.
- Comfortable clothing: For our dance classes, we encourage everyone to wear what they feel the most comfortable to move in. You can visit our Pineapple store opposite the studios and ask for advice from our staff, or can check out our online store where we have all the dance essentials you might need for your class. We have changing rooms and showers on location.
- Water bottle: It's important to stay hydrated during your classes, so make sure you bring your water bottle. We have multiple water points in the building where you can have a refill.
SCHEDULE
This tap course for beginners is 6 weeks long, with 1 class per week on Sundays (6 classes all together). Each class is 60 minutes long and held by Beaux Harris at Pineapple Dance Studios.

ABOUT BEAUX HARRIS
Beaux Harris is a celebrated tap dance champion and boasts a diverse artistic portfolio encompassing performance, teaching, and creative direction. With a wealth of experience coaching celebrities and instructing at esteemed UK dance institutions, Beaux's recent ventures include teaching on Sadlers Wells' digital stage platform.
Her performance credits span musical theatre highlights like 'Cirque Enchantment UK Tour' and 'Hairspray' where she showcased her talent as a lead vocalist and in multiple roles. Notably, Beaux clinched first place at the all England Regional Finals for Tap Dance at The Peacock Theatre in 2012. Her creative prowess shines through as a sought-after choreographer, having lent her skills to various productions, TV/Film adverts, and music videos.
Beaux's journey as an ISTD-qualified teacher has seen her instructing at prestigious musical theatre and dance academies, including Urdang Academy, Mountview Academy, and Central School of Speech & Drama. Her remarkable contributions and teaching innovations were highlighted in featured articles by prominent platforms like 'Broadway World UK' and 'Fairy Powered Productions.'
